Welton K. Wisham, Esq. Civil Rights Attorney

Welton K. Wisham, is a civil right attorney with more than 25 years of experience fighting against racial discrimination, racial profiling by the New York City Police Department which resulted in the False Arrest, False Imprisonment and Malicious Prosecution of hundreds of African Americans in New York City.

As an African American, I have witnessed the victimization of people of color throughout the minority community for years. I have assisted hundreds of individuals in suing police officers who engaged in misconduct, False Arrest, Malicious Prosecution, False Imprisonment and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, crimes which were fabricated by New York’s finest.

Mr. Wisham graduated from Seton Hall Univeristy School of Law in June 1995. He has been practicing law as a member in good standing of the New York State Bar since 1997.

Mr. Wisham spent 25 years with the Internal Revenue Service as a Federal Agent responsible for Tax Compliance of large corporations. Mr. Wisham is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.
